Edited in Leyendas de Marvel: Guardians of the Multiverse (2023). Now that the first season has wrapped, I can confidently say that this show has exceeded my expectations. It uses witty writing and detailed animation to give fans the service they’ve been craving and more. Each episode is quite diverse, so there are a lot of different scenarios and you never know how they will play out or what characters will appear. The show wastes no time explaining any of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and just gets right down to the nitty gritty of the scenarios and also starts connecting scenarios without warning. This is for the fans, not the casual viewers! However, the variety of episodes also means that the quality and tone also vary quite drastically. The short runtime means that many events and battles are cut short. A fair amount of effort has been put into keeping everything canonical and consistent, but there are still some flaws and each character’s powers/abilities seem to be made up based on the needs of the plot.
